the front desk personnel were friendly. the location offers easy access to the metro and montmartre. i had a comfortable bed and a view of sacré coeur, despite the busy road. the breakfast was nice, and the lobby and rooms were bigger than most.
the coffee machine in my bedroom didn't work. i asked twice for it to be repaired, and they said they were sending a technician, but they never came. so it didn't work the whole time i stayed there. the safe also was broken.

convenient locationdiverse breakfastnoticeable view
the location near the metro made getting around very simple. a bus stop was also just outside the hotel. the breakfast offered diverse options and i found it satisfying. the room provided a view including the sacre coeur.
the hallways showed signs of minor wear like painter's tape on the walls

I received a lovely upgrade to a Privilege Double Room! The room had a view of the Eiffel Tower.. It was so special. The hotel is close to the metro and the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre is very close.
The air conditioning did not work in my room at all. I talked to the staff about it every day of my stay. It was uncomfortable sleeping in a warm room. the coffee machine didn't work in my bedroom. I asked twice for it to be repaired, but no one came.
